The 4 day wonder diet menu basics
As each day passes, the menu stays basically the same. A small grapefruit for breakfast and then continuing with water before meals I did notice that as time progresses, the dinners have a little more added changing up the type of food just slightly and adding a few more protein's here and there.
I like the fact that water is a daily regiment. I also enjoy the food groups as most people who need to lose weight can identify with the type of food on the menu and would enjoy eating it. Some is a little boring but nothing comes for free right?
